The Summer Workout Series is back! Join Jasper Sanders, a certified personal trainer and founder of Deposit the Work, and yoga instructor Mikita Burton for free workout classes on The Lawn every Saturday this summer.

July 23: Yoga for EveryBODY with Mikita Burton
July 30: Force Intensity with Jasper Sanders | Utilizing the new muscle tissue we’ve built throughout the summer from force movements
August 6: Yoga for EveryBODY with Mikita Burton
August 13: HIIT Power with Jasper Sanders | HIIT style workout that focuses on the explosive potion of exercise
August 20: Yoga for EveryBODY with Mikita Burton
August 27: Peak Finish with Jasper Sanders | Testing all the work you’ve deposited this summer
All classes are free. A yoga mat is recommended for Yoga for EveryBODY.
