Legends Outlets announces free Summer Workout Series presented by Deposit the Work

Legends Outlets Kansas City, Kansas City’s signature outlet destination, is partnering with Deposit the Work to offer free workout classes on The Lawn every other Saturday this summer. From May 22 through Aug. 21, people of all ages and fitness levels are invited to attend free workout classes led by Jasper Sanders, a certified personal trainer and founder of Deposit the Work, the lifestyle app that pays users to burn calories.

The summer series will feature a different type of workout class every other Saturday from 8:30-9:30 a.m. on The Lawn. Class types range from cardio to high-intensity interval training to strength training and more. Classes are free and open to the public as space allows. Participants must sign a waiver before each class starts at 8:30 a.m., and waivers are available to complete in advance of each workout class online, here.

Please note: In the case of inclement weather, Legends Outlets will make cancellation announcements by 7 a.m. the morning of scheduled classes on Facebook.

June 12: Functional Exercises

Train your muscles to work together properly with everyday movements

June 19: Body Weight Cardio & Abs (June 26 rain date)

Elevate your heart rate while toning your core

July 10: HIIT Training, Arms & Legs (July 17 rain date)

High paced bodyweight exercises that target your arms and legs

July 24: ‘Change of Pace’ HIIT Training, Total Body (July 31 rain date)

Fluctuate heart rate zones with interval training using all muscles in your body

August 7: Challenging HIIT Training, Legs & Core (Aug. 14 rain date)

Higher level exercises upping the intensity to maximize fat burning

August 21: Finisher, Full Body HIIT (Aug. 28 rain date)
