KANSAS CITY, Kan. (November 22, 2024) – Legends Outlets welcomes two new retailers, each bringing a unique style and serving a wide range of customers. Todd’s Clothiers provides high-end men’s fashion at competitive prices. Duluth Trading Company offers tough and functional clothing and gear that is built to last.
Todd’s Clothiers & Tailor Shop
Todd’s Clothiers & Tailor Shop, which opened its first location in 2012, provides high-end men’s fashion at competitive prices. They deal directly with name brand and private label manufacturers to offer customers the finest quality items at the best prices. Todd’s caters to business professionals and also provides tuxedos and black-tie accessories for special events and weddings.
Professional tailoring is a unique aspect of Todd’s Clothiers & Tailor Shop. The tailoring process begins with a one-on-one consultation where professional tailors work with clients to get to know them and their individual style, to discover what clothing looks good, feels good and works with their lifestyle. While most tailors rush to measurements, Todd’s builds a relationship that allows them to provide a higher level of service to their clients.
Todd’s will be located at Legends Outlets, 1803 Village Parkway, Suite M-107, a 2,479 square-foot space near H&M. The anticipated opening date is November 29, 2024, Black Friday. This is the third Todd’s Clothiers & Tailor Shop in the Kansas City Metro area. The other stores are located in Kansas City, Missouri.
Stepping into a Duluth Trading Company store is an adventure, each one different from the rest. Inside you’ll find innovative workwear and gear and friendly, knowledgeable employees who help customers find the right gear to get the job done.

Duluth Trading Company will be located at Legends Outlets, 1817 Village West Pkwy, Suite S-1, a 16,045 square foot space previously occupied by Forever 21, next to T.J. Maxx. Interior construction is scheduled to begin early 2025. This will be Duluth Trading Company’s second store in the Kansas City Metro. The other store is located in Independence, Missouri.
