Dedicated to Your Well-Being

5/11/20 UPDATE: We’re currently in the process of determining our re-opening date and are working with county officials as well as our tenants on a timeline that will enable everyone to provide a safe and comfortable shopping environment.  We hope to make that announcement very soon, so stay tuned!

Dear Shoppers,

The health and safety of our consumers, employees and merchants is our top priority right now. Just like you, we are closely monitoring the latest developments related to COVID-19 (coronavirus) and taking preventative actions to ensure the well-being of everyone at our center. While there are still many unknowns, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and World Health Organization (WHO) have issued guidance for best practices related to the spread of both COVID-19 and other respiratory illnesses.

In accordance with these guidelines, and in close partnership with our facility, housekeeping and security partners, we have implemented an aggressive disinfecting regimen on top of our already rigorous cleaning schedule. Extra team members are working around the clock to ensure our consumers’ safety by cleaning and sanitizing highly trafficked locations at increased frequencies, including but not limited to:

  • Door handles/knobs
  • Seating areas
  • Trash cans
  • Restrooms
  • Drinking fountains
  • Mall office / guest services

In addition, our team is following the safety precautions recommended by the CDC and WHO, and we encourage you to do the same. Here are some basic steps that you can take to protect yourself and keep others safe:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze
  • Stay home if you are sick
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily

Modified Operating Hours and Closures

Due to the increase of social distancing directives of the CDC, several stores have modified their operating hours or are temporarily closed. We encourage you to call individual stores or check their website for the latest information on hours, and to find out what steps they are taking to ensure a safe and healthy environment inside their store. A full list of stores and contact information can be found HERE.

We will continue to monitor all communication from the CDC, WHO, State Department of Health, and other governmental agencies, and we will provide any additional updates as they become available.

Thank you,

Legends Outlets Management
