Annular Solar Eclipse

Experience the 2023 Annular Solar Eclipse at Legends Outlets!
The eclipse, also known as the “Ring of Fire,” will cross over us on October 14th. Although it will only be partially visible from Kansas City (roughly 60%), it’s sure to be an experience you won’t want to miss!
ECLIPSE SCHEDULE:
- Begins at 10:25 AM
- Peaks at 11:49 AM
- Ends at 1:20 PM
Cloudy skies may impact visibility.
WATCH PARTY LOCATION: The Lawn at Legends Outlets (west end)
Eclipse glasses will be provided for your safety and enjoyment. Due to our limited quantity, glasses will only be given to those who are present on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.
Please note: It is never safe to look directly at the Sun without specialized eye protection designed for solar viewing.
FUN FACTS FROM NASA:
- This will be the last annular solar eclipse visible from the continental U.S. until June 21, 2039.
