2024 Solar Eclipse Watch Party

Experience the 2024 Solar Eclipse at Legends Outlets!

On April 8, 2024, a total solar eclipse, known as the “Great North American Eclipse,” will trace a narrow path of totality that stretches from Texas to Maine.

Here in Kansas City, we’ll get to witness a partial eclipse (89% obscuration), which will be an experience that won’t come around again until 2044!

ECLIPSE SCHEDULE:

• Begins at 12:37 PM
• Peaks at 1:54 PM
• Ends at 3:11 PM

WATCH PARTY LOCATION:  The Lawn at Legends Outlets (west end)

Eclipse glasses will be provided for your safety and enjoyment. However, due to our limited quantity, glasses will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Additionally, we’ll be featuring NASA’s live feed on the big screen, offering views of the eclipse from multiple locations along its path. Joining us for this extraordinary event, NASA Ambassador Danielle Jones will also be on site to provide expert insights.
