A new pop-up store is coming to Legends Outlets this month. Spirit Halloween, the largest Halloween specialty retailer in the country, will open a 10,000-square-foot location at Kansas City’s signature outlet shopping destination on Sept. 14.
The seasonal store will offer one of the metro’s largest selections of Halloween merchandise, including the latest costumes, decorations, accessories, and party goods for infants, toddlers, children, tweens, teens, and adults, along with a unique and interactive experience for shoppers.
